Refund policy
Customers who purchase products directly from Pdpcontroller.us may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving the product for a full refund. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Products purchased outside of Pdpcontroller.us are not eligible for return under this policy.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a return, email support@pdpcontroller.us and include your order number in the subject line. A Customer Service representative will confirm your return eligibility and advise on any required next steps. If approved, you will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number via email, along with return instructions.
Return Shipping Requirements
Returned products must be shipped to Pdpcontroller with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the shipping carton. Packages received without a valid RMA number may be refused and returned at your expense.
RMA numbers expire 20 days after issuance. Products must be shipped within this 20-day window or the return may be refused. Additional return instructions may apply depending on the product.
Additional Notes
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Pdpcontroller is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipping.

CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES:
Claims for damages to Products or errors in an Order must be made within 5 days of receipt. Claims for damages must first be reported to the delivering carrier (save all packing and cartons). We are not responsible for any damage to any third-party products connected to our Products.
